E-Cell SCSVMV, based at Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Viswa Mahavidyalaya, Kanchipuram, is responsible for the information collected through this site. Questions about your data can be sent to ecell@kanchiuniv.ac.in.

Pitching teams: team and venture name, institution, city, a description of the idea, and for each member their name, email, phone number and age. We also store the Eureka! Team ID you enter.

Audience: name, email, phone, institution, department, year of study, and the type of photo ID you will bring. For government-issued IDs we ask only for the last four digits — never a full identity number.

Payments: handled entirely by our payment gateway. Card, UPI and banking details are entered on their systems and never reach ours. We store only a payment reference, the amount and the method.

To register you, to issue and verify entry passes, to contact you about the event, to check people in at the gate, and to report participation to E-Cell IIT Bombay as required by the National Entrepreneurship Challenge.

Participant details are shared with E-Cell IIT Bombay for teams entering the National Entrepreneurship Challenge. We use a database provider, an email provider and a payment gateway to run this service. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Registration and attendance records are kept for up to one year after the event for reporting and audit, then deleted. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

The site is served over HTTPS. Database access is closed by default and every write passes through our server. Verification codes and entry-pass tokens are stored as random values or hashes, never as readable secrets. Only named E-Cell staff can sign in to the control panel, and every sign-in needs a second factor sent by email.

Write to us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Deleting a registration before the event cancels the entry pass issued with it.

We set only what the site needs to work: a sign-in session for staff, and a short-lived record of your email verification during registration. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
