Terms and conditions

Last updated 15 August 2026

About these terms

This website is operated by E-Cell SCSVMV, the student Entrepreneurship Cell of Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Viswa Mahavidyalaya, Kanchipuram. By registering for Yukti '26 you agree to the terms below.

Who may register

Yukti '26 is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students of any institution, department or year. A pitching team may have one to four members. Anyone may attend as audience free of charge.

Registration and fee

The team registration fee is ₹699 per team for up to four members, plus a separately shown payment gateway fee. Students of SCSVMV registering with a university email address, and teams holding a valid coupon, pay a reduced fee, which is displayed before payment. Audience registration is free.

Paying confirms a team’s place. There is no shortlisting round — every paid team pitches. Registrations close on 23 August 2026.

Two registrations are required

Teams must also register on the official Eureka! platform at ecell.in/eureka using our NEC referral ID. A team that has not done so cannot be forwarded to the Zonal round, regardless of its result here. That registration is run by E-Cell IIT Bombay and is outside our control.

Entry passes

Every registered participant receives a personal QR entry pass by email. A pass is valid for one entry, is tied to the person it was issued to, and cannot be shared, forwarded or transferred. We may ask for the photo ID recorded at registration before admitting you.

Conduct and content

You confirm that the idea or venture you present is your own work, or that you have the right to present it. We do not claim ownership of anything you pitch. Presentations are made in a public hall and may be seen by other participants, judges and visitors, so do not disclose anything you consider confidential.

We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving in a way that disrupts the event or endangers others. No refund is due in that case.

Judging

Entries are assessed by an independent panel. The panel’s decisions, including the selection of teams advancing to the Zonal round, are final. Prize amounts are as published on this site.

Photography

The event is photographed and filmed. By attending you agree that images in which you appear may be used by E-Cell SCSVMV for reporting and promotion. Tell us at the registration desk if you would rather not appear.

Changes

We may need to change the schedule, venue layout or format. Material changes will be published on this site and emailed to registered participants. If we cancel the event, paid teams are refunded in full as set out in our cancellation and refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu.
