The Gap We Set Out to Close

Consider a student at SCSVMV who has developed a promising idea. Today, that student has few places to take it. There is no structured environment in which to test the idea, no easy access to mentors with relevant experience, and no low-pressure setting in which to receive honest, constructive feedback.

This gap is why E-Cell SCSVMV exists. Our purpose is not to manufacture ventures artificially. It is to provide the structure, resources, and community through which student ideas can be developed with rigor and confidence.

A Renewed Mandate

This year, a new team took responsibility for the cell with a clear objective: to make E-Cell SCSVMV an active, visible, and accessible resource for every student, rather than a nominal entity. That has meant building our processes, events, and community engagement from the ground up.

Our Initiatives

Yukti '26 is our flagship pitch event. Fifteen student teams presented their ideas to an expert panel, many of them pitching for the first time.

Freshie Intro is an introductory session for students new to entrepreneurship, offering an accessible and welcoming starting point.

APEX is a structured program that helps students turn early-stage ideas into projects with direction and momentum.

Illuminate (upcoming) is a platform that will showcase student ideas and initiatives to the wider campus community.

These initiatives are designed to work together as one pipeline, from first curiosity to public showcase, forming the foundation of a consistent and lasting entrepreneurial ecosystem at SCSVMV.
